What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients according to prep lists, recipes, and portion standards
• use knives and kitchen equipment safely
• label, date, store, and rotate food using FIFO
• monitor and record temperatures
• maintain a sanitary prep area
• receive and store deliveries
• restock kitchen areas
• report shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues
• support the line during peak service
• complete assigned opening and closing duties.
