What you'll do
- Operate all coater stations and follow emulsion and silicone coating processes
- perform quality-control testing and adjust processes based on results
- produce orders to specifications
- load materials and compound coatings
- unload adhesive tankers and conduct quality testing
- operate a forklift and RF gun
- complete preventive maintenance, cycle counts, cleaning, and safety procedures
- and support continuous improvement.
