What you'll do

• Provide in-store and online customer service
• pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders
• respond to customer questions and resolve basic order issues
• support WeChat, Xiaohongshu/REDnote, Instagram, and TikTok
• create simple content about products, promotions, events, and store highlights
• encourage loyalty sign-ups
• assist with promotional displays and sampling events
• share customer feedback and product trends with management
• support general store operations.
