The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist — Hybrid role is hybrid, based in Lexington, MA, and is not fully remote. The salary range is $63,000–$123,000 per year. The locally owned clinic supports Ellie Mental Health’s goal of improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. The therapist evaluates clients, develops and maintains treatment plans, documents care, and coordinates with clients’ support networks and other professionals. The role contributes to community access to care through individualized therapy and collaboration with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
• complete session notes and other documentation
• maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work and medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• attend clinical meetings and trainings.
