What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
• partner with engineering and operations leaders to forecast hiring needs, define roles, and build headcount plans
• source and engage candidates across construction, software, robotics, and hardware
• conduct screens
• coordinate onsite interviews at Texas facilities
• analyze recruiting funnel data and improve conversion and time-to-hire.
