What you'll do

• Sell memberships by connecting guest wellness goals to membership options
• make daily outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing guests
• follow up to convert conversations into appointments and memberships
• recommend massage, skin therapy, and wellness technologies based on guest needs
• support guest experience from check-in through checkout
• build relationships that drive sales, retention, rebooking, and referrals
• work toward individual and team sales goals.
