Receptionist — Detox and Residential Treatment

The Receptionist — Detox and Residential Treatment role is onsite in Richmond, VA; pay is $17–$20 per hour. The receptionist supports Avenues Recovery's inpatient detox and residential treatment facility. The role provides front-desk and clerical support so visitors and families are greeted and directed appropriately and calls, mail, payments and office supplies are handled reliably. Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records supports the facility's treatment operations.

What you'll do

• Perform clerical duties including email, filing, photocopying, faxing and transcription
• greet, process and direct visitors and answer visitor and family questions
• monitor phones and voicemail and route calls and messages
• handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
• maintain and restock the reception area
• maintain the pharmacy copay log and record payments
• perform administrative errands and other assigned duties.
