What you'll do

• Support employee devices, including connectivity, performance, repair, security, patching, upgrades, moves, installation, and removal
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• address basic cabling and wireless issues
• support audio-visual equipment
• install and support specialty hardware and software in clinics, casinos, and government offices
• coordinate device moves
• support backups and antivirus
• maintain technical documentation and inventories
• document work orders and resolutions.
