What you'll do

• Serve as the primary financial contact for sales and operational leadership on pricing, contracts, and P&L impacts
• prepare executive financial reports
• lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews
• oversee profitability across accounts, projects, programs, practices, and regions
• partner with accounting and invoicing teams on month-end activities
• support budgeting, forecasting, compensation planning, risk management, policy development, market analysis, bids, and RFP responses
• coach and develop financial team members
• supervise recruiting, onboarding, work assignments, evaluations, and employee relations.
