What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, splice, and test fiber-optic cable
• support maintenance and repair of fiber infrastructure
• conduct basic site surveys and report findings
• operate and maintain fusion splicers and OTDRs
• follow safety protocols and industry standards
• document work and service outcomes
• respond to service calls and assist with emergency repairs as needed
• and participate in training.
