Parking Operations Supervisor

The Parking Operations Supervisor is an onsite role based in Grapevine, TX. This role exists to ensure the efficient operation of the parking facility by overseeing staff performance, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring guest safety. The supervisor acts as a point of contact for operational issues and performs frontline duties as needed to support the team.

What you'll do

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required
• Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
• Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees
• Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
• Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers
• Contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
• Comply with all regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles
• Perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant and Shuttle Driver
• Assist in other departments as requested by Management.
