What you'll do

• Serve as a primary technical support contact during U.S. coverage hours
• troubleshoot application issues across the interface, Java backend, and SAP HANA
• triage tickets and reproduce issues
• analyze logs
• escalate complex issues with documentation
• assist with SAP BTP and Docker deployments
• configure authentication and platform settings
• use SQL for data investigation
• create troubleshooting guides and incident reports
• collaborate with engineering and product teams.
