Registered Pharmacist (RPh)

What you'll do

• Assess prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy, completeness, dosage, and interactions
• prepare or oversee medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing
• counsel and educate patients and caregivers
• assess treatment-plan understanding and adherence barriers
• monitor outcomes, document treatment strategies, and report clinical concerns to the supervisory pharmacist.
