What you'll do

• Lead and mentor procurement and inventory control teams
• design end-to-end supply chain processes and Oracle Fusion ERP infrastructure
• improve demand planning, safety stock, and inventory accuracy
• partner with R&D and Hardware Engineering on sourcing and new product introductions
• develop sourcing strategies and supplier agreements
• establish supplier KPIs and business reviews
• analyze supply risks and commodity costs
• report quarterly targets, margin improvements, inventory turns, and landed cost optimization.
