Leasing Associate

What you'll do

• Respond to leasing inquiries, tour apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins
• recommend on-site marketing strategies and develop neighborhood referral programs
• support outreach and initiatives to increase qualified traffic and closing ratios
• inspect apartments with new residents and complete paperwork
• track renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate
• process fees, deposits, rents, and other payments
• enter prospect and resident data
• inspect market-ready units and models
• support resident functions and property appearance
• assist with service operations and comply with Fair Housing and applicable regulations.
