What you'll do

• Supervise daily operations and opening and closing shifts
• guide and develop staff
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• assist with cost control and sales goals
• monitor service, sanitation, and quality standards
• address customer concerns
• coordinate events and staffing
• support administrative reporting, scheduling, reservations, and point-of-sale systems
• assist with floor service as needed.
