What you'll do

• Lead training sessions and maintain an engaging, safe training environment
• conduct 3–5 new athlete evaluations weekly
• follow ETS training and marketing systems
• provide monthly progress updates to parents
• meet with coaches or team representatives off-site at least weekly
• interview and hire staff or interns
• support growth of ETS programs and services.
