District Fleet Safety Coordinator

What you'll do

• Monitor fleet safety policies and vehicle inspections
• coordinate maintenance and repairs
• maintain truck binders and required vehicle equipment and identification
• ensure FMCSA and DOT compliance, including HOS, driver qualification files, and inspections
• audit ELD data and logs using Samsara
• coordinate DOT audits
• maintain driver and vehicle records
• deliver and track driver training
• support incident investigations and claims
• maintain dashboards and analyze safety trends.
