What you'll do

• Receive and process takeout and delivery orders using point-of-sale systems
• coordinate preparation and packaging with kitchen staff
• verify order accuracy and quality before handoff
• maintain a clean and organized takeout area
• respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns
• assist with takeout packaging inventory
• prepare orders for dispatch and track delivery status.
