Pilot Plant Maintenance Mechanic, 1st Shift is an onsite role in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $22 per hour. The mechanic supports pilot plant product development, scale-up activities, and manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pilot plant processing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food processing systems and utility equipment, including retorts, aseptic sterilizers, homogenizers, mixers, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, piping, conveyors, and filling and packaging systems.
• Support equipment startups, changeovers, and commissioning while helping minimize downtime and maintain safety and compliance.
