Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager

The Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager role is onsite in Chesapeake, VA, with a stated salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year. ServiceMaster Premier Restoration Services provides emergency response and property restoration for natural and man-made damage. The project manager oversees restoration construction projects from inspection through completion, coordinating scope, budgets, materials, subcontractors, safety, customer communication, documentation, and collections to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Inspect property damage, including fire, water, mold, wind, and hail
• communicate with insurers about project costs and scope
• manage projects from planning through final collections
• coordinate budgets, materials, equipment, purchases, and updates
• direct site personnel and subcontractors
• monitor workmanship, productivity, and safety
• obtain required permits and approvals
• meet documentation, reporting, billing, and payment deadlines
• attend required meetings.
