What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and menu plans, including therapeutic diets ordered by physicians
• ensure proper serving temperatures, appearance, and portion control
• monitor daily nourishments
• follow sanitation and storage policies
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• follow dining service procedures and applicable guidelines
• supervise personnel as needed.
