The role owns assigned projects from estimating and preconstruction through closeout, coordinating teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors while managing schedule, quality, safety, and financial performance. Its work supports successful project delivery and the division’s continued growth.

What you'll do

• Oversee project estimating, scheduling, quality control, reporting, billing, cost reporting, safety, and proposals
• review scope with clients and identify value-engineering options
• manage subcontractor and vendor selection, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• coordinate with superintendents and field leadership
• monitor budgets and cost variances
• maintain client relationships
• ensure contract, code, and safety compliance
• manage project closeout and warranty turnover.
