What you'll do

• Organize tax return information, workpapers, schedules, reconciliations, filings, and supporting documentation
• support tax payments, estimates, extensions, calendars, deadlines, notices, and recurring deliverables
• coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
• research federal and state tax laws
• support tax planning
• maintain tax files, trackers, procedures, controls, and workflows
• assist with audits, notices, inquiries, and special projects
• protect confidential information.
