The Food Processing Packaging Associate — Cook Chill role is onsite in Seattle, WA. It is full-time, with a 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. schedule and required weekend availability. What you'll do

• Measure, wash, trim, and prepare ingredients according to batch recipes
• operate cook-chill kettles, mixers, blenders, and portioning equipment
• monitor cooling cycles
• follow production sheets
• package finished products
• monitor product quality and consistency
• document temperature checks.
