What you'll do

• Assist with oversight of building maintenance and custodial functions

• assist with significant operational, staffing, and personnel issues
• coordinate responses to facility issues, equipment failures, emergencies, and disruptions
• support performance management, training, budget, procurement, and process improvements
• coordinate with departments, tenants, airlines, contractors, and other parties
• ensure shift continuity and compliance with rules, safety, and security requirements
• act for the Facilities Manager as assigned or in the manager’s absence.
