What you'll do

• Own complex, higher-fee client relationships across tax planning, compliance, and consulting
• lead preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local returns
• deliver multi-year tax planning
• advise clients on business and financial decisions
• serve as a senior resource and escalation point
• mentor managers and senior staff
• plan engagements, staffing, timing, and fees
• identify and price out-of-scope work
• and monitor tax risk.
