What you'll do

• Resolve software and hardware issues
• provide remote and desk-side support
• troubleshoot basic network issues under IT Infrastructure Team direction
• serve as a subject matter expert for an application or process
• provide in-office audiovisual support for Microsoft Teams Room systems
• oversee an additional office with regular onsite visits
• support trials onsite as needed
• maintain security and privacy of firm data and assets.
