The Injection & Blow Molding Process Technician position is onsite in Auburn, NY, with pay of $24–$32 per hour. The technician supports a growing manufacturing operation by setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting molding processes while maintaining safety and quality.

What you'll do

• Operate multiple molding machines
• perform start-ups, shutdowns, process adjustments, and mold changeovers
• monitor production and maintain process documentation
• troubleshoot equipment to reduce downtime
• perform routine inspections and daily equipment checks
• follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• and support continuous improvement. The posting describes a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and every other weekend in the rotation.
