Third-Shift Mixer — Food Manufacturing

The Third-Shift Mixer works onsite in Mira Loma, CA, Monday through Friday from 9:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. The role supports food production at Magnolia Foods. The mixer prepares ingredient batches to formula and product specifications while operating and cleaning mixing equipment. Accurate batch records and adherence to food-safety and regulatory procedures support consistent production and product quality.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and materials for batching
• follow formulas
• mix ingredients to produce dough
• verify dough temperature and product specifications
• identify ingredients by weight and lot number
• avoid damaged, expired, or defective materials
• safely start up and shut down machinery
• clean equipment and maintain line cleanliness
• use lockout/tagout when required
• report equipment or product issues
• complete mixing logs and production reports
• order materials as needed
• follow OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, and plant requirements
• wear required PPE.
