The role develops analyses, data systems, and technical reports in collaboration with engineering and subsystem teams throughout the program lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement reliability engineering strategy, practices, processes, and reliability growth plans
• lead Reliability Engineers in meeting requirements and milestones
• provide project planning and leadership for Reliability and applicable Safety and Mission Assurance work
• lead and present flight and ground reliability analyses
• conduct end-to-end system reliability analysis, including MTBF, PRA, FMEA, CIL, and reliability test criteria
• lead probabilistic risk analysis for design trades and risk-informed decisions
• develop reliability data management systems and records
• prepare reports and presentations
• collaborate with engineering and subsystem teams
• communicate progress, status, and issues. Evening and weekend work may be required for critical project milestones.
