Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Operate tools and equipment safely
• identify and report broken equipment or uncertain conditions
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• perform preventive maintenance on machinery, buildings, and grounds
• complete general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, appliance, drywall, and painting work
• maintain effective working relationships and a positive customer-service attitude.
