The manager leads the Design to EdRupt Fellowship and oversees the organization’s fellowship portfolio. The role develops education leaders, manages program design and delivery, monitors outcomes, and builds partnerships to advance leadership pathways and improve outcomes for students and families.

What you'll do

• Co-lead the design, implementation, and improvement of the Design to EdRupt Fellowship
• oversee its Explore and Cultivate phases
• manage recruitment and selection
• coach fellows developing schools or education programs
• monitor outcomes
• execute leadership development initiatives
• develop data and evaluation strategies
• audit fellowships and recommend improvements
• build relationships with education and nonprofit partners
• manage external partners and contractors
• and maintain program records and reporting systems.
