What you'll do

• Originate residential mortgage loans

• structure loans and enter them into loan origination software
• review credit reports
• obtain approvals through the appropriate AUS system
• send disclosures
• collect borrower documentation
• lock interest rates
• maintain confidentiality and follow lending regulations and company procedures.
