The manager supports RC Hospitality Solutions’ community associations and works with their boards, homeowners, staff, and vendors. The role oversees day-to-day association operations so properties remain maintained, finances and records are managed, and communities run smoothly. It combines board and owner relations, property maintenance, budgeting, vendor oversight, and staff leadership across multiple associations.

What you'll do

• Partner with boards and attend board and annual owner meetings
• serve as liaison among boards, on-site managers, tenants, and homeowners
• respond to owner concerns and complaints
• inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment and plan maintenance and repairs
• prepare management reports and bid analyses
• oversee vendors and contracts
• develop annual budgets and maintain financial and association records
• follow Florida statutes and governing documents
• direct and develop staff and contract personnel
• provide emergency consultation 24/7 when incidents require management involvement.
