What you'll do

• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables
• weigh and measure ingredients
• carry food pans and trays safely
• store food according to wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures
• clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• distribute supplies and equipment
• follow recipes and production standards
• serve customers efficiently
• address customer concerns and inform a supervisor
• follow inventory, cash-control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
