What you'll do

• Design, implement, and evaluate nurse residency and onboarding programs that build competency, support retention, and align with clinical standards.
• Develop and manage competency pathways, assessments, and learning plans using adult learning principles and proven evaluation methods to close practice gaps.
• Integrate evidence-based practice, simulation, and quality improvement into curricula to advance clinical performance and measurable patient outcomes.
• Ensure program compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements and maintain required documentation.
• Partner with division and facility clinical leaders, CPDE/MCPD, and care teams to align education with patient outcome goals, workforce needs, and long-term development.
• Track program performance, analyze outcomes and feedback, report key indicators, and apply insights to strengthen program effectiveness.
• Support operational success through budget participation, resource stewardship, flexible scheduling to meet learning needs, and emergency/command center support when needed.
• Advance professional growth by building pathways to certification, mentorship opportunities, and career development for nursing staff.
