What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature-control procedures
• check trays for menu, diet, preference, and accuracy requirements
• review diet changes and follow established menu procedures
• ensure proper storage of food and supplies
• direct and assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils.
