What you'll do

• Lead and mentor National Sales Directors across U.S. territories
• execute go-to-market strategy aligned with growth and revenue targets
• participate in executive customer pursuits, deal structuring, and contract negotiations
• expand sales across multifamily, single-family, and student housing
• partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
• manage forecasting, pipeline, and reporting
• share customer and market feedback
• travel 30–50% for regional teams, customer meetings, and industry events.
