What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, prescribed exercises, light housekeeping, laundry, and meals. Obtain temperature, pulse, and respirations under hospice nurse supervision
• report and document changes in patient condition
• assist or remind patients to take medication in accordance with applicable regulations.
