The Warehouse Receiver — First Shift role is onsite in Manassas, VA, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. The position supports Granules Consumer Health’s pharmaceutical distribution center and its packaging facility for private-label over-the-counter products. The role ensures incoming materials are accurately verified, inspected, documented, and entered into inventory systems. Careful receiving and escalation of discrepancies support inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the warehouse’s supply operations. The stated shift is 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. EST, with flexibility for overtime based on business need.

What you'll do

• Verify inbound shipments against bills of lading, packing lists, purchase orders, and other documents
• check material numbers, quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and pallet counts
• inspect trailers, materials, and pallets for damage or discrepancies
• complete goods receipt and inventory transactions in SAP
• maintain receiving records
• identify and segregate questionable materials
• communicate discrepancies to relevant departments
• stage materials for put-away
• follow SOPs, cGMP, safety, security, and warehouse practices
• maintain a clean and organized receiving area
• operate material-handling equipment when trained and authorized
• support inventory counts and investigations as needed.

Why this role

Previous warehouse receiving experience is required. SAP experience is strongly preferred; pharmaceutical or other regulated-environment experience is preferred. No travel is required.
