Sales Support and Quoting Specialist

The Sales Support and Quoting Specialist role is onsite in South Hackensack, NJ. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year. Guardian Data’s mission is to responsibly handle IT assets and protect partners from data-breach risks associated with end-of-life assets. The role supports sales and operations by preparing accurate quotes and coordinating projects from initial customer requests through completion. It helps keep timelines, vendor details, customer communication, and project documentation organized so work can proceed and close out properly.

What you'll do

• Prepare customer quotes, estimates, and proposals
• gather pricing, scope, labor, and logistics information
• obtain vendor pricing and availability
• coordinate projects and track timelines and deliverables
• partner with Sales, Operations, field teams, vendors, and customers
• communicate schedules and status
• follow up on open items
• maintain customer, quote, project, and job records
• complete documentation for billing closeout
• help improve Sales and Operations processes.
