What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise emergency water, smoke, and fire damage work
• oversee demolition and cleanup
• manage setup of fans and dehumidifiers
• supervise field technicians
• operate a company vehicle to job sites
• perform water extraction and basic demolition tasks
• communicate with clients and management
• supervise and evaluate employees
• document losses with photographs and written descriptions.
