• coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and crews
• conduct site visits for quality, safety, progress, and code compliance
• communicate with property owners
• track costs, change orders, and budgets
• coordinate permits and inspections
• maintain project documentation
• support collections and closeout.
