The role supports Joni and Friends’ Marketing department and its ministry mission to serve people living with disabilities. This manager leads digital platforms and user experience work to improve constituent journeys and support the organization’s engagement, fundraising, and ministry goals. The role oversees web content, platform integrations, analytics, testing, and development of the Digital Experience team.

What you'll do

• Manage Joni and Friends websites and platforms, including webpage design, content updates, accessibility, SEO, and event workflows. Oversee fundraising, ecommerce, marketing, and Salesforce Experience Cloud integrations
• lead user research, prototyping, usability testing, analytics, and A/B testing
• coach and develop team members.
