What you'll do

• Train and guide a team of 20–40 educators
• support performance appraisals and growth plans
• communicate preschool standards and policies
• provide customer service to parents and families
• maintain safety, compliance, and quality
• support hiring, training, and performance reviews
• oversee licensing, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• contribute to financial success, marketing events, and community outreach.
