What you'll do

• Administer daily facility activities, including staff scheduling, menu planning, grocery shopping, inventory, and administrative meetings. Facilitate interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and develop Individualized Service Plans with residents and relevant supports. Monitor ISP compliance through shift logs and monthly summaries
• counsel residents as needed. Screen and orient prospective residents, maintain state licensure compliance, and manage resident financial accountability and facility documentation. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• maintain coverage and manage the residential on-call system. Report property and equipment maintenance needs.
