The Senior Engineer, Vision Systems role is onsite in Holland, MI, with compensation not specified. The role develops, supports, and improves machine vision and automated inspection systems used in battery manufacturing. It helps prevent quality issues and improve production output, yield, and equipment effectiveness through technical troubleshooting, system validation, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Operate, configure, and support machine vision controllers and PC-based inspection programs
• develop vision programs and verification methods
• commission and optimize cameras and related systems for 2D/3D inspection
• support validation, start-up, and production stabilization
• lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• maintain inspection equipment and controls
• document configuration changes and procedures
• train and mentor team members
• collaborate with production, engineering, quality, vendors, and other functions.
