What you'll do

• Run booked appointments professionally
• provide accurate estimates and enter matching information into Housecall Pro
• follow up on open estimates and document outreach
• keep the CRM pipeline and tasks current
• collect deposits and convert signed estimates into jobs with required documentation
• remain reachable through installation and coordinate responses to customer or project issues.
