Process Improvement Technician (Blending & Process)

The Process Improvement Technician (Blending & Process) role is onsite in Reno, NV. Compensation is $37.48 per hour. The technician supports process improvement in the Clorox manufacturing area. The role identifies process losses and implements sustainable improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and performance. It contributes to business results by using data, standardizing best practices, maintaining process documentation, and coaching employees on process changes.

What you'll do

• Serve as the area's process subject matter expert
• analyze processes for losses, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• lead or support continuous improvement using Daily Problem Solving, A3, DMAIC, and other methods
• partner with cross-functional teams
• use data to prioritize and monitor improvements
• identify technology and automation solutions
• maintain metrics and records
• develop and update SOPs, CILs, work instructions, and process maps
• train employees
• monitor quality and regulatory requirements.
